This data set represents the first atlas of the proteomic changes in small urinary extracellular vesicles (suEVs) throughout living donor renal transplantation. Using this app, you can easily browse through the data acquired by unbiased proteomic measurement of more than 1700 individual proteins detected in suEVs separated through differential (ultra-)centrifugation of 22 renal allograft recipients and their corresponding donors, ranging from one day before (A) to directly after (B) one day after (C) approximately 1 month after (D) and one year after transplantation. Please see tab “LFQs” to check for the mean LFQ and rank of your protein of interest as measured in the separated suEVs at timepoint A. Tab “Boxplots” enables you to display the mean LFQs per protein per timepoint in the separated suEVs throughout the course of living donor kidney transplantation.
