The integrated RNA landscape of renal preconditioning against ischemia reperfusion injury
Marc Johnsen, Torsten Kubacki, Assa Yeroslaviz, Martin Richard Späth, Jannis Mörsdorf, Heike Göbel, Katrin Bohl, Michael Ignarski, Caroline Meharg, Bianca Habermann, Janine Altmüller, Andreas Beyer, Thomas Benzing, Bernhard Schermer, Volker Burst and Roman-Ulrich Müller
Visualization of the supplemental table to Johnsen et al. 2020 is presented in 3 tabs:
- Preconditioning-associated genes: Volcano plots for caloric restriction (CR) and hypoxic preconditioning (HP)-associated genes at baseline (0h)
- Damage-associated genes: Volcano plots for damage-associated genes in non preconditioned animals (nonPC) at 4h and 24h after ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI)
- Interaction preconditioning and damage: Volcano plots for non preconditioning (nonPC), caloric restriction (CR) and hypoxic preconditioning (HP)-associated genes 24h after IRI versus their baseline (0h).
On each of the three tabs the user can choose one of the following "modes":
- Mark one protein (choose one of the three options):
- Choose the gene name from the drop down menu. OR
- Type the gene name in the "Show a gene" field. OR
- Select a gene in the plot (left mouse click).
- Mark overlap genes:
- Choose to show overlapping genes of preconditioning and/or damage associated genes.
Below each plot the data table is displayed. The data table for preselected genes can be downloaded with the button "Download data table". For the full data tables of gene lists refer to (LINK to supplements).
Raw data:
- RNA-seq data have been deposited in the ArrayExpress database at EMBL-EBI (www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress) under accession number E-MTAB-7982.
